Tapkeshwar Temple :

It is 6 km. from Dehradun, the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, the paramount deity of the mountain-fold, and is the most important temple here. The Temple is by the side of a seasonal stream with water falling drop by from the top of a rock on the lingam. A huge fair is organized every year on Maha Shiv Ratri


Tapovan :

6kms. Associated with Lakshman, Younger brother of Lord Rama, who did penance here to atone for the sin of helping to kill Ravana, the Brahman King of Lanka.


Parkasheshwar Temple :
13kms. from the Dehradun on Mussoorie road. A famous Temple of Lord Shiva, is an ideal spot on the road to Mussoorie. It is located in the Modest of green Doon Vally.


Lakshman Sidh:
12kms. A pilgrim spot where Sundays are considered auspicious to offer prayers.
